Cancellation
In case a booking is cancelled, 10% of the booking amount will be charged as a fine.

No-show
In case of no-show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation, the Resort reserves the right to levy retention charges for the entire reserved stay.

Refund Processing
Refunds will generally be processed within 7 to 10 days from the date of intimation of cancellation.

Legal Jurisdiction
For disputes relating to payments or other legal matters, the jurisdiction of the court will be Kozhikode in Kozhikode district, Kerala.

Booking-related requests are subject to availability and confirmation by Ten One Resort.

01 Early Check-in & Late Checkout
